Born Kicking: Rosie Hampton

The recurring Born Kicking Q&A for younger readers, with Rosie Hampton, who is Welsh born and raised to English parents and plays for Barry Town, Cardiff and the Vale, and her school team Stanwell. A Manchester United Women supporter, she is right-footed but working on her left and loves centre-midfield for the chance to attack, defend and play through-balls. She would meet Aitana Bonmati to learn tricks and play alongside Lucy Bronze, would wear United red, and calls herself a tiki-taka midfield specialist. Her funniest moment was losing possession while shouting about a nutmeg. Ella Toone is her hero; her favourite game was a debut free-kick for Barry Town United Greens.
