Her Goal, issue 7, June 2026 pp.30–33

A four-page picture round-up of the WSL Football Awards, held in London on 18 May and covering 17 categories across both Barclays divisions. Khadija ‘Bunny’ Shaw, absent on the night, took the WSL Player of the Season award and the Golden Boot after firing Manchester City to the title, and made the Team of the Season alongside club-mates Kerstin Casparij, Yui Hasegawa and Vivianne Miedema. Hannah Hampton claimed the Golden Glove, Kirsty Hanson the Goal of the Season and Daphne van Domselaar the Save of the Season, with Veerle Buurman named Rising Star. In WSL2, Birmingham’s Lily Crosthwaite was Player of the Season and Bristol City’s Lexi Lloyd-Smith top scorer. Phallon Tullis-Joyce won Player Champion of Change.
