Champions’ Roll of Honour + Winners’ Gallery 2012-13
She Kicks, issue SK15, July 2013 pp.37–39
A three-page roll of honour listing league and league cup winners across England, Wales and the Republic of Ireland in 2012-13, following the previous issue’s county cup list. At the top sit the FA Women’s Premier League champions Sunderland, with Sheffield FC taking the Northern Division, Reading the Southern and Aston Villa the League Cup. Raheny United won the Bus Eireann Premier League and Peamount United the cup in Ireland; Cardiff City FC Women took the Welsh Premier League. The listing runs down through reserve sections, the four Combinations, the regional leagues and dozens of county leagues and cups, including the Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey. A photo gallery across the closing pages carries captioned pictures of winning sides from Didcot Girls School and Carshalton Athletic to Glasgow City’s under-15s and Morecambe.
