Portsmouth Women will play all their home matches in the FA Women’s National League Southern Premier at Fratton Park for the 2026/27 season.

They had played at Havant and Waterlooville FC for the past few seasons, while in the 2025/26 campaign, four matches took place at Fratton Park, three of which drew the team’s largest crowds of the year.

CEO Andrew Cullen, told portsmouthfc.co.uk: “We are delighted that Pompey Women’s home league matches will be played at Fratton Park from next season.

“This provides a brilliant opportunity to grow support for the club, as interest in the women’s game continues to flourish—particularly among a new, younger generation of supporters.

“Most importantly, it supports our ambition to secure a swift return to the WSL and establish ourselves in what is rapidly becoming the leading women’s competition in the world.”

Head Coach Jay Sadler added: “Playing all of our home league games at Fratton Park for the first time in our history is a hugely significant step for everyone connected with the team. The facilities and environment are elite for both our players and staff, giving them the platform they deserve to perform and develop.
