The FA Women’s National League play-offs over the bank holiday weekend will determine the three final promotion places.

Wolves and Plymouth Argyle are set to play for the extra promotion place to WSL 2, with Wanderers having lost out in the Northern Premier title race to Burnley over the weekend, while the Pilgrims beat AFC Bournemouth to the Southern Premier runners-up spot after earlier suffering a narrow defeat to them in the League Cup Final.

Boldmere beat Leafield Athletic in the decider for the Division 1 Midlands runners-up spot and will face League Plate winners Cheadle Town, who saw off Leeds United in the battle for the Division 1 North second spot.

Moneyfields had their Division 1 South West lead dramatically taken from them on the final day as Swindon Town emerged victorious, their promotion hopes now resting on a clash with Norwich City, who lost the two-horse race for the Division 1 South East title to Fulham.
