Spurs Women’s head coach Martin Ho has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
He joined the club in July 2025 from Norwegian side SK Brann and made an instant impact on Spurs’ form in the Women’s Super League.
Martin Ho told tottenhamhotspur.com: “What we’re building is something that demands consistency, discipline and a relentless drive to improve both on and off the pitch. We want to be a team that plays with intensity, clarity and personality, and an environment where people are developed, supported and accountable. There has been progress, but we know there is much more to come.
“I’m fully committed to continuing that journey and ensuring we build a team that doesn’t rely on moments, but dominates through structure, intensity and control while representing this club with passion and pride.”
Tottenham Hotspur Women Managing Director, Andy Rogers, said: ”Martin committing his long-term future is an important step for the club. In a short period of time, he has made a clear impact – on our performances, our environment and the standards we set every day.
“He is exactly the profile of coach we want for this team. He has brought a clear way of playing, brave, passionate and ruthless, and combined that with the structure and discipline needed to compete consistently.
“What stands out just as much is how he builds every day. The detail, the intensity and the belief he creates within the group are already shaping a young, ambitious squad that wants to improve and win at the highest level. That environment will be a key factor in the players we attract and develop over the coming seasons.”
