Two England Women’s U-20 internationals have been promoted to the U-23 squad, each for the first time.

Arsenal striker Jessie Gale and Stanford University midfielder Eleanor Klinger step up to the England WU23s squad, replacing Mia Enderby and Georgia Mullett who have withdrawn with injury.

Lauren Smith’s side play France away on Monday 2 March (12pm GMT) in a European competition fixture, before welcoming the Netherlands to Shrewsbury Town on Friday 6 March (7pm GMT) – for which tickets are available here.

Replacing Gale and Klinger in the England WU20s squad are Gotham FC’s Princess Ademiluyi (on loan at Ipswich Town) and Manchester City forward Lily Murphy.

The U-20s play three matches at the Albir Garden Resort on the Costa Brava, with the first versus Spain at 11am on Saturday 28 February.
