Rangers Women edged past Celtic on penalties, with crucial saves from Jenna Fife securing their spot in the Sky Sports Cup Final.
Maria McAneny struck first for Celtic, Rangers’ Katie Wilkinson equalised from the spot, only for Emma Lawton to immediately restore the Hoops’ advantage.
Poppy Pritchard made it 3-1 from 12 yards, but Rangers forced extra time as Laura Berry struck twice.
During the added half hour, Rangers goalkeeper Jenna Fife saved a Saoirse Noonan spot-kick, and when it eventually came down to a shoot-out, decisively denied McAneny to win the tie.
The final against Glasgow City will be on 29 March at Motherwell’s Fir Park ground.
