Leicester City Women Secure Emma Jansson Transfer
Emma Jansson signs permanent contract with LCFC Women

Leicester City Women have signed midfielder Emma Jansson from FC Rosengård on a permanent contract.

The two-time Damallsvenskan title winner with Rosengård joins on a two-and-a-half-year contract.

She earlier had two spells at Hammarby and also played for Eskilstuna United and KIF Örebro.

Capable of playing in both midfield and defence, she also adds further experience to the Foxes’ squad.

Jansson told the Foxes Hub: “I am really honoured and excited to start my journey here. I am looking forward meeting the fans and playing at King Power Stadium.

“I will always bring my everything to the club I’m playing for, so the supporters can expect that from me. The WSL is a great league and where all players want to play. I am happy to be here and happy to be here with Leicester.”
