Fulham Women have signed midfielder Annie Rolf as they aim to further strengthen the squad challenging for promotion from the FA WNL Division 1 South East.

Rolf made more than 50 appearances during her time with current WSL 2 side Portsmouth, from whom she joined Lewes at the start of this season.

Rolf told fulhamfc.co.uk what she hopes to bring to the team: “A little bit of experience, a little bit of depth, obviously just the willingness to want to compete, win the league and take the team as far as we can go to climb the ranks to the professional standard.

“The ambition of the club, the professionalism, the direction they want to go, everything aligns with my values.”

Head Coach Steve Jaye said: “We’re delighted to have Annie join us, her experience coming from Tier 3, but also coming with the WSL 2 experience she had with Portsmouth, is super important to help the progress we’re looking to make, and the push we are looking to make between now and the end of the season.”
