Championship Group

Hearts 2-0 Motherwell
Glasgow City 1-2 Rangers
Celtic 0-0 Hibernian

Rangers had fallen behind to an early Glasgow City goal, when Nicole Kozlova cut the ball back for Brenna Lovera to finish. Kirsty Howat levelled before the break and Rio Hardy hit the winner, although City’s Kimberley Smit had a goal ruled out for offside.

Hibernian might have ended the evening top of the table themselves but were denied victory by several saves from Celtic goalkeeper Kelsey Daugherty.

Hearts beat Motherwell with two second-half goals, a Lizzie Waldie effort deflected into her own net by Jenna Penman and Naomi Powell doubling the lead.

Montrose fought back to beat Aberdeen 3-2 and move within six points of the Dons in their bid to avoid a relegation play-off.

Eva Thomson and Toni-Leigh Finnegan had Aberdeen 2-1 up but Sophia Martin equalised with her second of the night and Demi Taylor struck an 88th-minute decider.

Tiree Burchill got the only goal as Partick Thistle won at Queen’s Park, while a Tegan Reynolds effort saw Spartans defeat relegated Dundee United.
